Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all of our products can be returned, for any reason, within 30 days of date of delivery subject to the following:
Any unwanted item that is returned to us, or returned in significantly different condition than when it was shipped to you may be subject to restocking fees of up to 15%.
Items that have been subjected to heat damage, water damage, intentional tampering, hacking, extreme physical damage (such as that which can occur when an item is dropped) or other significant user damage are not eligible for return or exchange. Such damage also voids any warranty.
All of our phones and tablets are off contract and clear for activation with the specified carrier.
This is not the same as "unlocked" which means a phone can be activated with any carrier that uses the same technology. Phones that are listed as "unlocked" may be used with any carrier.
We do not guarantee a phone not marked as unlocked can be used with any carrier other than the one specified for that phone. While many phones can be unlocked from the carrier, the decision to allow this is controlled by the carrier and beyond our control.
Items purchased with the intent of unlocking the phone, or to be connected to a carrier different than the one specified, are not considered defective if they can't be activated with a different carrier than specified. These phones can still be returned under our standard, 30 day warranty and return policy.

Note: Refusing delivery is not an authorized return and we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of these returns. If we accept the return, we may subtract round-trip shipping from your refund.
